Ingredients
4 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 rack (about 6 pounds) pork spareribs
salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. rub both sides of ribs with the rosemary and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange meaty side down on a baking sheet. Cook 1 hour turning once. check for tenderness with a knife. Cook longer if necessary
