Ingredients

2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

1/4 Cup liquid honey

1/4 Cup olive oil

1 Tbsp coarse grain mustard

1 clove garlic minced

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

salt & pepper

Preparation

Chop rosemary & mince garlic. Warm honey over low heat Add all remaining ingredients to the warm honey & simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Coat chicken pieces with glaze. Transfer to baking dish so chicken pieces do not overlap. Put into a 350 degree preheated oven until chicken well cooked.
