Ingredients
1 cup oil
1/2 cup Country-Style Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup minced fresh rosemary
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
Ground white pepper to taste (I use black)
Preparation
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Wonderful served with grilled marinated lamb, pork, beef or chicken.
