Preparation
-saute lamb with onions & garlic -add carrots, mushrooms, rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper -add beef stock, port and corn starch to create gravy -put in casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes -dap butter or lightly drizzle olive oil over top -bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins
