Ingredients

2tbsp Paprika

1 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary leaves

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2tsp course ground black pepper

1 1/2tsp salt

2tbsp EV Olive Oil

6 Chicken thighs or breasts (approx 2 Lbs.)

1 1/2 Lbs small red potatoes

Preparation

  1. Mix oil and all spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange chicken and potatoes in single layer on foil lined 15x10x1in baking pan sprayed with no-stick spray.

  2. Roast in preheated 425f oven 30 min or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Turn potatoes occasionally.
