Ingredients
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 lb ground beef
2 cups tomato puree
1 cup red wine
1-2 cups water
1-2 tbsp rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 lb spaghetti
Preparation
-Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. -Add ground beef and brown. -Add puree. -Add wine and cook until absorbed. -Add water, rosemary and bay leaves. -simmer 1 hour and serve with pasta.
