Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts cut into bitesize pieces

1 1/3 cup herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic salt (or powder)

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/4 lb (stick) butter or margarine

may need additional butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Preparation

put herb stuffing in zip lock bag and roll into fine crumbs wiht rolling pin. place cheese and seasoning in a plastic zip bag with the crumbs. Melt butter dip chicken pieces in the melted butter and roll in the crumbs Place on cookie sheet with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes or until slightly browned

These can be made up ahead and frozen before cooking, in plastic containers and then baked just before serving days later
