Ingredients

1 1/2 t cumin

1 1/2 t chili powder

1 can green chillies

1 can corn kernels

2 8oz cream cheese

2 rotel cans

3 t+ garlic

13 flour totillas

1 T veggie oil

1 onion

2 red bell peppers

3 t jalapenos

2 cans black beans

1 can pinto beans

6 T chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Place onion, bell peppers, garlic, and jalapeno in skillet. Cook 3 minutes, add beans, cook til done (add flour to thicken as needed)
  2. In another pan, cook cilantro and cream cheese
  3. Spoon cream cheese mix down center of warm tortillas
