Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds round steak
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
flour
salt and pepper – to taste
oil
Preparation
Tenderize meat. Cover with flour, salt and pepper. In hot oil brown meat quickly. Remove from pan.
Add mushroom soup and stir out the lumps. Lay meat on top of soup. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Turn and stir occasionally.
