Ingredients
1 can corned beef, crumbled
Thousand Island dressing
1 can sauerkraut, drained
3 slices Swiss cheese, shredded
melba rye toasts 5.25 box
Preparation
In a greased 8x8 casserole dish, crumble melba toasts, then Crumble 1 can corned beef. top with Thousand Island dressing. Drain 1 can sauerkraut. Put on top. Shred Swiss cheese over that. Bake until crispy in 350 degree oven about 30 miinutes.
