Ingredients
1 C sauerkraut, chopped if necessary
1 C grated Emmenthal cheese (or other swiss cheese)
1 C Russian Dressing
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Combine all ingredients and transfer to small baking dish or ramekin. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with crackers.
