Ingredients
2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cup mayonaise
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut,
drained or Bavarian style sauerkraut
3 (2 oz.) pkg. Buddig Corned Beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
Preparation
Break up corned beef into bite-size pieces in baking dish. Add mayo, kraut, swiss cheese and onion. Mix well. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bubbly. Serve with rye cocktail bread slices.
