Ingredients

1 1/3 cups margarine

1 egg yolk slightly beaten

1 cup sugar

1 1/3 teaspoons cinnamon

2 2/3 cups flour

1 cup sour cream

6 ounces or 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Dough:

Cut margarine into flour, beat egg yolk and combine with sour cream, add to flour and margarine mixture. Mix together and form a ball. Refrigerate overnight covered.

Filling:

Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each part to a 9 inch circle. Cut into 12 wedges. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup filling. Roll wedge from outside edge to middle part.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
