Ingredients
Dough:
2 sticks butter (softened)
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 pint sour cream
1 egg yolk
Filling:
1/2 cup each chopped nuts, raisins, sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: can add mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Dough preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together. Form into a ball. 2. Refrigerate for about 3 hours (or freeze for 1 hour). Meanwhile, prepare fillimng.
- Divide dough ball into fourths.
- Roll each fourth into a approximate 12 inch circle, keeping the remaining dough refrigerated.
- Cut each circle into 12 pie shaped wedges.
- Sprinkle filling onto the wedge and roll up starting at wide end, forming a crescent shape.
- Arrange on a cookie sheet that ahs been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake in a opreheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Filling: combine all the ingredients. They can be chopped in a food processor or left in larger pieces.
