Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package of Vanilla wafers
Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 to 4 ounces dark rum
Preparation
- Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts.
- Mix syrup and rum. Add to Wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar. 4 Store in airtight containers that contain extra powdered sugar.
