Ingredients

2 large grapefruits

or

2 oranges

1 lemon or 2 limes

2 Shiso Leaves or 5-10 Mint Leaves, Chopped Roughly

Honey

2 Slices of Ginger

150ml Barcardi Rum

Preparation

Juice the citrus fruits, then blend the juice and the rest of the ingredients in a blender until foamy and smooth. Serve on the rocks. Makes about 750ml or 4-5 servings.
