Ingredients
2 cans whole water chestnuts, cut in half
1 lb bacon cut into 1/4 strips
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup bbq sauce (Open Pit)
Preparation
Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpick. Drain off juice. Cook covered in foil for 30 at 350ºF and then uncover for 15 minutes or until crisp. To make sauce mix sugar, mayo, and bbq sauce in small sauce pan and simmer for 3 minutes. Drizzle over chestnuts.
