Ingredients

1 bottle Russian dressing

1 small jar apricot preserves

1 envelope onion soup mix (I only use 1/2 envelope)

Mix Together and pour over chicken in a casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hr and 15 min to 1 hr and 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
