1 cup of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar
2 cups all-purpose
1/3 cup of confectioners’ sugar for decoration
(may add nuts)
Preparation
Directions: 1.pre-heat oven 350 degrees f (175 decrees c) 2.in a medium bowl, cream, butter and vanilla until smooth. Combine the 6 tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar and flour, stir into the butter mix until just blended. Roll dough until 1 inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. 3.bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. When cool, roll in remaning confectioners’ sugar. Then roll a second time
