Ingredients
2 pounds rutabaga, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Kosher salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss rutabaga with oil. Season with smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Divide between two baking sheets. Roast until tender, flipping once, about 40 minutes.
