Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup white flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup milk

Preparation

Stir dry ingredients. Add oil and milk, stir with fork. Pat or roll out on floured surface or directly on pan to about 1/2" thick. Cut. Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 minutes or at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

(Patting dough onto a pizza pan and cutting into wedges is how my mother prepared this recipe. I have also modified by adding chopped rosemary.)
