Ingredients
1 Bag of baby spinach leaves or a fresh bundle
1 pint fresh raspberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Raspberry vinaigrette or dressing of choice
Preparation
Super simple, you just need some baby spinach leaves washed and spun (salad spinner if available), pint of fresh washed raspberries or any other berry in season of your choice, about 1/4 cup of slivered almonds or another nut of your choice, about 1/4 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and your choice of vinaigrette/dressing (my preference is a raspberry).
