Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour
1 c oats
2 T flax seed (milled)
3 T wheat germ
1/4 c coarsly chopped almonds
1/4 c raisins
1 1/2 t ginger
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/3 c brown sugar
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavored)
2 eggs
1/4 c canola oil
1/3 c apple sauce
1/3 c honey
2 T molassas
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, apple sauce, honey and molassas.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to mixing bowl until fully combined.
- Drop by large spoon on parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
