Ingredients

2 c whole wheat flour

1 c oats

2 T flax seed (milled)

3 T wheat germ

1/4 c coarsly chopped almonds

1/4 c raisins

1 1/2 t ginger

1 t cinnamon

1/2 t salt

1 t baking soda

1/3 c brown sugar

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavored)

2 eggs

1/4 c canola oil

1/3 c apple sauce

1/3 c honey

2 T molassas

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, apple sauce, honey and molassas.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to mixing bowl until fully combined.
  5. Drop by large spoon on parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
