Ingredients
burgers:
2 portobellos
1/4 of a large onion
3 large garlic cloves chopped
pinch of chipotle chili flakes2 3 tsp cinnamon
1 spicy italian sausage (from costco)
red pepper mayo:
mayo
roasted red peppers (italian store)
siracha
cilantro (optional)
toppings:
fresh roasted red peppers
red onion
montery jack cheese
butter lettuce
cherry tomato slices (optional)
sauteed crimini mushrooms
avocado slices (optional)
Preparation
for burgers: chop and mince in mixer onion and mushroom. saute. once cooled, add sausage and spices with S&P. chill for 45 min.
Mayo: puree mayo, roasted red peppers & siracha.
bbq roasted red peppers and let sit in paper bag.
bbq burgers and top with everything.
