Ingredients

4 Ears Fresh Corn, shucked

1 stick butter

salt

pepper

ground Ancho Chile powder

Ground Chipotle chili powder

Lawery’s seasonig salt

sugar (optional)

Preparation

lay out one piece of foil large enough to wrap around one ear of corn. Rub butter all over the foil, until opaque. Sprinkle onto butter the salt, pepper, shile powder and Lawery’s too tast, if corn is late in the season or out of season add a little sugar as well. Place corn on foil and wrap tightly, and repeat with remainig ears of corn. Place onto grill for 30-45 minutes, or into a 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes if not able to use grill. Unwrap and enjoy.
