Ingredients

2 Tbs Butter

3 Tbs Wondera

1/2 c Milk

3/4 c Ale or Hoppy Beer

2 Tbs Dry Mustard

2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

Cayenne to taste

2 Tbs Onion Powder

Garlic powder to tase

1 Tbs Cracked Black Pepper

Salt to taste

2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 c Shredded Parmesan or Jack Cheese

Preparation

Make a roux Add Milk and Beer - Bring to simmer Add Mustard, Worcestershire, Cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and Black Pepper - stir for 3 to 5 minutes Add Cheese one cup at a time

Serve warm.
