5/8 c warm water

1 egg

2 1/4 c bread flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp butter

1/2 c diced dried fruit

1/4 c sugar

3 Tbsp powdered cultured buttermilk

1/2 t saffron

2 t yeast

Seep saffron in water. Bake on Light setting.
