Ingredients
3 pita rounds
4oz Saga Blue Cheese
bunch of fresh chives
coarse salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1.Preheat grill to medium heat. 2.Cut pita rounds into sixths. 3.Remove rind and cut cheese into 1/2’’ dice. 4.Using kitchen shears,cut chives finely. 5.On a large serving platter place all pita pieces. Top each with a piece of cheese. Using a large spatula place each piece on the prepared grill. Grill until cheese has begun to melt and the pita is beginning to get color, about 1-3 minutes depending on the grill. 6.Place pita back on serving platter and immediately sprinkle with chives. Season generously with the salt and pepper and serve.
