Ingredients
400g spaghetti
1oz butter
1tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bunch sage leaves
1c fresh breadcrumbs
sea salt and cracked black pepper
1/2c finely grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta in large saucepan of salted boiling water until al dente.
Heat a medium non-stick pan over high heat. Add the butter, oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the sage and cook for a further minute. Stir in the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute until golden. Add to the pasta with the parmesan and toss to combine.
