Ingredients
6-8 cups bread crumbs (for 12-ish lb. turkey)
1 pkg. sausage (optional)
Dice onion (or chopped)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
1 egg
Margarine
Preparation
Cook sausage and onions and celery together with seasonings.
Mix in a bowl. Add egg. Mix with hands (or spoon). You don’t want it too mushy because the juices of the turkey will seep into it.
Stuff it in the bird and cook it.
With any leftovers you can put it in a pan and cook it in the oven.
