Ingredients

2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined

Poaching liquid:

Cilantro

Sake

Garlic

Ginger

Jalapeno

Lime peel

Water

Cocktail sauce:

Tomato sauce

Diced tomatoes

Thai chili sauce

Fish sauce

Lime juice

Wasabi

Preparation

Boil poaching liquid, turn off heat and add shrimp. Cook for 5-8 minutes until pink and firm.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium for 15 minutes.
