Ingredients

1 tablespoon Gargonzola cheese (or any blue cheese)

1 clove of garlic pressed

soy sauce

lapsang suchong tea

red vinegar

desired greens

Preparation

place acheese, garlic, soysauce, tea and vinegar in a small bowl and mix. slowly mix in the red vinegar and mash the chesse with the back of a spoon. The cheese I used was potent enough that I didn’t need to add the tea.
