Ingredients

6 T Wine vinegar (red or white)

2 t Sugar

2 t Salt (or to taste)

1 t Dry mustard (english)

1 ea Garlic clove finely minced (more if you like garlic)

1/2 t Fresh ground pepper

1/2 t Oregano or Italian Seasoning

2/3 C Vegetable oil

Preparation

Put first seven (7) ingredients in a small jar, shaking well. Add oil and shake well.
