Ingredients

2/3 cup sesame oil

1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

8 cups field greens, chilled

1 cup arugula leaves, chilled

1 1/2 cups cantoloupe balls

2 fresh pears, sliced

1 avacado, peeled, sliced

1 cup grated sharp cheese

4 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Chill to blend flavors. Shake again before tossing with salad greens and remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
