Ingredients
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp pecan halves, finely chopped
2 tbsp honey
salt and pepper
6 cups loosely packed baby greens
1 pear, halved cored and sliced into thin wedges
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup feta cheese
Preparation
to prepare the dressing, combine olice oil, vinegar, orange juice, pecans, honey and salt & pepper to taste in a salad bowl. Mix until well blended.
Add greens, pear, cranberries,feta and toss to coat with the dressing.
