Ingredients

1 pkg. salad (romaine)

mandarin orange, peeled and pith removed

half cup toasted almond flakes

Dressing:

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

third cup of plain white vinegar

1 tsp. poppy seeds

third cup sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard powder

1 tsp. salt

1 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Dressing: Put all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl or large measuring glass. Add oil, wisking until fully blended.
