Ingredients

8 slices of bread (baguette)

Bag of baby greens

8 slices of Camembert cheese

4 teaspoons black truffle oil

2tbsp olive oil

2tbsp balsamic vinegar

4 figs

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. preheat the oven to 180c (350c)
  2. On each slice of bread place a slice of Camembert cheese and put in the oven until browning
  3. Into a bowl inserted the truffle oil, olive oil, the vinegar and a little salt and pepper (to taste) Mix well and add to the mix the baby leaves just before serving.

Serving:

On each plate place 2 slices of bread with Camembert cheese next to it a handful from the salad and above the fig divided into four
