Ingredients

1 lb. Sliced Salami pieces

1-2 lbs. Cream Cheese Blocks

1 jar Mild Bruno’s Waxed Peppers

1 can Olives (black or green)

Toothpicks!

Preparation

Take a piece of sliced Salami and cut approximately 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch piece (1-2 inch long) of cream cheese to lay in center of salami slice. Lay a waxed pepper or olive on top of cream cheese and fold one side of salami up to meet other side (slightly overlaying), and hold together with a toothpick. This is a HUGE hit with the guests at ANY kind of party. They are easy for guests to grab, and believe me, they will!!!
