Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 egg
Gravy:3 cups water, 1 package onion soup mix, 2 tbsp. flour
Preparation
Combine main ingredients and form steaks. Place in a pan and bake @ 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Cook onion gravy for 10 minutes @ 450 degrees. Mix the flour with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Gradually stir into soup and cook until thick. Pour over steaks and cook 20 minutes longer.
