Ingredients
Dressing:
1/2c canola oil
5T red wine vinegar
1T soy sauce
1t brown sugar
1/4t salt
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 pinch cayanne pepper
Salad:
Fresh spinach
1 grannysmith apple, cubed
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2c toasted walnuts
1/4c freshly grated parmesan
Preparation
Add the walnuts last to wilt the spinach.
