Ingredients
5 large blocks cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 smallest carton sour cream
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp cooking vanilla
4 large eggs
1 bag large chocolate chips
(pref guittard silver bag)
2-premade choc pie crusts
Preparation
In large mixing bowl place 5 pkgs of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar,flour and vanilla. mix with electric mixer on low just till blended. add in small carton of sour cream. then add in 4 eggs one at a time mixing after each addition. then stir in about 1/2 bag of choc chips of your choice. i prefer guittard silver bag. pour over premade pie crusts. bake in oven at 325 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Refridgerate for atleast 4 hrs or overnight before serving.
