Ingredients
1 3-4 pound salmon fillet, wild
3 T. olive oil
3 T. whole grain mustard
3 T. Dijon mustard
3 T. brown sugar
Preparation
Clean fillet and place upon foil, double wrapped. Gently heat olive oil, add the two mustards, and finally add the brown sugar to the mixture until it melts and the mixture bubbles gently. Paint the salmon fillet with the mustard mixture generously. Place upon the preheated grill and grill for 10 minutes per inch of height or until the fillet flakes and the edges of the mixture on the foil begin to blacken.
