Ingredients
3 Salmon Filets
3 cups of rice
Peppers, Onion, Carrots, broccoli
1 Fresh Pineapple or canned works
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Teriyaki Sauce
Pepper
Preparation
- Sear the Fish in a hot pan, on both sides.
- In a second hot pan add the chopped pineapple and brown sugar along with the other liquids. Add water to make sure there is at least 1/4 inch of liquid in this pan.
- Move the seared fish to on top of the pineapples, cover
- In the first pan, add the chopped veggies and sweat,
- When the broccoli is bright green remove just the broccoli, set aside, then add the rice and soy sauce, mix well
- In a large serving platter pour out the fried rice, cover with the broccoli, then the fish and finally the pineapples and sauce over the top of everything.
