Ingredients

3 Salmon Filets

3 cups of rice

Peppers, Onion, Carrots, broccoli

1 Fresh Pineapple or canned works

Brown Sugar

Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Teriyaki Sauce

Pepper

Preparation

  1. Sear the Fish in a hot pan, on both sides.
  2. In a second hot pan add the chopped pineapple and brown sugar along with the other liquids. Add water to make sure there is at least 1/4 inch of liquid in this pan.
  3. Move the seared fish to on top of the pineapples, cover
  4. In the first pan, add the chopped veggies and sweat,
  5. When the broccoli is bright green remove just the broccoli, set aside, then add the rice and soy sauce, mix well
  6. In a large serving platter pour out the fried rice, cover with the broccoli, then the fish and finally the pineapples and sauce over the top of everything.
