Ingredients
1 (14.75oz) can of salmon, drained & flaked
1 (15 oz.) can navy beans, drained
1/2 C red onion, finely chopped
1 T tarragon vinegar
1/2 t salt
Pepper
1/4 C flat leaf parsley, chopped
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, except parsley. Add parsley just before serving. For plating: serve over lettuce.
