(4.5-oz.) pkg. smoked salmon, skin removed, broken into bite-sized pieces

medium green apple, unpeeled, chopped (1 cup)

medium seedless cucumber, unpeeled, chopped (1 cup)

cup chopped red onion

cups mixed salad greens

tablespoons sour cream

tablespoons mayonnaise

tablespoon cider vinegar

teaspoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon sugar

teaspoon white pepper

cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients except salad greens; stir gently to mix.

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients except whipped cream; mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream until well blended.

Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss gently to coat. Divide salad greens evenly onto individual serving plates. Spoon salmon mixture evenly onto greens. If desired, garnish with edible flowers.
