Ingredients
1# can of salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T lemon juice
2 t. grated onion
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. coarsely chapped pecans
3 T snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
Mix salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt. Chill. Roll mixture into a ball and cover with chopped nuts and parsley.
