Ingredients

1 lb salmon steak

3 or 4 oz smoked salmon

1 Tbs potato starch

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

pepper

fresh thyme or basil

1/2 small onion chopped or equivalent in scallions chopped

Preparation

Add salmon cut into 1/2 inch squares, minced smoked salmon along with other ingredients. If the salmon is frozen, slightly thaw. Process until consistency of course ground beef. Form into burger sized patties.

Grill on an open grill or fry in some butter until cooked through.
