Ingredients
1 (14.75 oz.) can Salmon
1 Egg
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1/2 c. chopped Green Pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. grated Lemon Peel
1/8 t. pepper
other spice: ex cajun, lemon pepper, or crushed Rosemary
Preparation
Drain salmon. Combine all ingredients. Form 4-5 patties. Pan fry in small amount olive oil.
