Ingredients

Salmon filets 4(6 to 8 0z each)

4 Tablespoons Olive oil

4 Tablespoons drained capers

2 to 4 Tablespoons minced garlic more or less to taste.

Preparation

Heat frying pan to medium high heat with Olive oil. Put capers and garlic on top of Salmon filets. Place Salmon in oil and cook for 5 minutes keeping capers and garlic on top otherwise they will cook too quickly and burn. After 5 minutes turn Salmon and spread out garlic and capers to cook longside Salmon.
