Ingredients

Salmon (1 cup, cut into 1/2" pieces)

Celery (1 cup, diced)

Onion (1 tbsp, diced)

Milk (1 cup)

Butter (1 tbsp, melted)

Instant tapioca (2 tbsp)

Salt (1/2 tsp)

Black pepper (dash)

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake covered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
